Mouresi (Greek: Μουρέσι) is a village that is part of the municipal unit of Mouresi in the eastern part of Magnesia, Greece. It is located about 4 km NW of Tsagkarada. It sits on the slopes of the Pelio mountains. Mouresi is located southeast of Zagora, north of Agios Lavrentios and about 45 km east of the city of Volos (Magnesia's capital). Mouresi is linked with the road linking with Tsagkarada. It stretches from north to south as well as residential buildings and are surrounded by forests as well. Its population in 2001 was 588 for the municipal district and 493 for the village. The altitude is 310 meters. It offers a view of the Aegean Sea to the east. The area around Mouresi are made surrounded by forest. The village was featured in a documentary about Mouresi as well as an episode of Travelling in Greece on ERT.
